Shipping Policy

Once we receive your order, we will process it within 2 business days (except for unseen delays or occurrences), and you should receive your order in 5-7 business days. We will send a shipping tracking number as soon as one becomes available. Please note that we are not responsible for taxes or duties for US Shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day return policy. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused.

To start a return, you can contact us, we will discuss with you the reasons for the return and if there is anything we can do to make it right. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless it is our error.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
